Yes. Rubrica Associati is a free member directory for contact details, membership numbers and expiry dates. It works offline without an account. It is a directory, not a shared online membership or accounting service.
Can I import an association's member list from Excel?
Yes. Import an Excel .xlsx or CSV file with column headings for names, phones and membership details. Existing records can be recognised by membership number or phone. Keep phone and membership numbers as text in Excel to preserve leading zeros.
How do I move the member directory to another volunteer's device?
Export a .rubrica backup, transfer it to the authorised recipient and import it on the other device. Changes are not synchronised automatically. Backup files contain readable, unencrypted personal data, so share them only with authorised people and keep a protected copy.
